Q: Do you have good customer service?
A: Yes we have excellent Customer Service Standard

Q: What are the minimum system requirements?
A: Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP & at least 2 GB  hard disk  space (8GB recommend)

Q: Do you support Mac's?
A: No, unfortunately we only support pc's at this time

Q: How do I receive my order, it doesn't ask me for my address?
A: You you receive your order immediately. Upon joining  you are taken straight to a download area.

Q: I don't have a credit card, can I pay by check?
A: Yes you can pay via online check, simply click the online-ordering link.

Q: Do you have a trial version?
A: No we do not have a trial version of our product at this stage, however we are working on one. And we do offer a 30 days satisfaction guarantee, so you can't lose.
